BRS Concepts Inc. is currently hiring AZ Drivers for a well-established food distribution company based in Mississauga, ON.

This position requires drivers to be flexible and perform both AZ and DZ work depending on daily operational requirements. Applicants who are only interested in AZ work may not be suitable for this role.

Position Details
Full-Time
Mississauga, ON
100% Reefer deliveries
Morning shifts (typically starting between 5:00 AM – 8:00 AM)
Monday to Saturday schedule (one weekday off)
40–50 hours per week
Competitive hourly pay (up to $26.00/hour, based on experience)

Job Responsibilities
Operate commercial vehicles in both AZ and DZ assignments as required
Complete local and regional reefer deliveries
Perform multi-stop deliveries to restaurants and customer locations
Driver-assist unloading on DZ routes
Lift products weighing up to 60 lbs
Complete daily vehicle inspections and required documentation
Maintain a professional attitude and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
Valid Ontario AZ Driver's Licence
Must be willing to perform both AZ and DZ work
Must meet one of the following experience requirements:
Minimum 21 years of age with at least 1 year of commercial driving experience, OR
Minimum 25 years of age with at least 6 months of commercial driving experience
Clean Driver's Abstract (No demerit points)
Clean CVOR
Comfortable with:
Multi-stop deliveries
Driver-assist deliveries
Deliveries into restaurants and customer locations
Physical work involving lifting up to 60 lbs
Strong English communication skills
CSA-approved safety footwear required
