What I’m Looking For:

* Able to handle rejection and keep going
* Willing to learn sales and improve communication skills
* Reliable and hardworking

Commission Pay:

* Earn 25% commission on every completed job you sell.
* Window cleaning is priced at $7–$12 per pane, depending on the job.
* Screens and tracks are an additional $3–$5 each.
