We are currently seeking a *friendly, organized, and motivated Medical Receptionist* to join our growing team. Both *full-time and part-time* opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

As a Medical Receptionist, you will play an important role in providing excellent customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.

Responsibilities include:

* Greeting patients in a warm and professional manner
* Answering and directing incoming phone calls
* Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
* Registering patients and checking them in and out
* Verifying OHIP and insurance information
* Collecting patient payments when required
* Managing physician referrals and requisitions
* Faxing and emailing requisitions and reports
* Scanning and organizing patient documentation
* Uploading diagnostic reports
* Maintaining accurate patient records
* Coordinating with technologists, radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
* Performing other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

* Candidates who can communicate in
*Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese)* or *Persian (Farsi)*
will be considered for this post
* Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist is considered a strong asset
* Reception or customer service experience is welcomed
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
* Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
* Experience with *Velox Imaging* software is an asset
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Excellent attention to detail
* Professional, positive, and patient-focused attitude
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Legally authorized to work in Canada
