We are hiring a Class 1 Low Bed Driver to join the RMS Land Clearing Team.

The duties for this position will include but are not limited to:

Daily inspections of truck, trailer, and associated equipment.

Completion of electronic pre-job hazard assessments/inspections prior to commencing any job.

Effective communication with clients, crew, contractors and management.

Safe transportation of equipment to client requested locations. (Including remote and off-road locations.)

Loading and securing equipment while ensuring government regulations and weight restrictions.

The ideal Candidate must:

Possess a Valid Class 1 Driver's License with a Clean Driver's Abstract.

Have a minimum 5 years' truck driving experience with 7-9 axle combinations.

Have low bed experience, including loading & unloading heavy equipment, and have winch experience.

Be familiar with cargo securement, hours of service regulations and weight & load restrictions.

Have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and be able to work well with others.

Be available for a variety of shifts depending on client needs. (Weekends and overtime as required.)

Have valid First Aid, TDG, WHMIS 2015 Certificates.
