Meet Terrence !

We purchased this tent trailer off of OKz.ca a few months ago. The only reason we are selling is because a family friend needed to get rid of their larger tent trailer and we couldn’t pass up on the opportunity.

Our intent was to fully renovate it all cutesy . However, I need my garage back lol

We have done all the heavy lifting, now the next family needs to put some finishing touches on him.


Terrence was parked in a farmers field and while there was ZERO signs of mice - there was mildew present which was fully removed.

We were able to locate where the moisture was getting in (front of the trailer) and the area was fully repaired and resealed with RV caulking

What we have done :
Repaired electrical wiring
Replaced 2 broken exterior driving lights
Removed old caulking and replaced with RV rated Lapp sealant throughout entire trailer
Repaired leak
Replaced all weather stripping
Applied new RV approved sealant to the entirety of the canvas so it is fully water proofed .
Cleaned all linens like curtains , foam covers and dinette seating covers - you will need new mattress foam which we did order off Amazon for $80 each but we did return it ( figured someone could pick their own to match their preference)

The electrical is fully functional but we have not tested the furnace - we were told it works.

There are two tie downs on the canvas that need repairing - we were going to buy iron on jean patches for that repair or it can be sown

Canvas is in great shape for its age minus some staining - a few very small holes that have been patched - the tires are great

It is currently actively registered in my name.


We are asking for $1850 to recoup the cost of the trailer and what we spent on repairs.
