Framers, Lead Hand & Helper Needed – Starting ASAP (Calgary)

We are looking for reliable people to join a framing crew for an upcoming project starting Tuesday.

Positions available:

* 1 Lead Hand / Supervisor
* 2 Experienced Framers
* 1 Helper (experience is an asset)

Current work:

* Window and door installation on a multi-family project.

Future opportunities:
The goal is to build a long-term crew for future framing projects, including:

* Walls
* Floors
* Roofs
* Window installation
* Door installation
* Other framing work

Requirements

Lead Hand / Supervisor

* 5 years of framing experience.
* Able to read plans.
* Experience leading a crew.
* Able to operate or coordinate equipment safely.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Framers

* Experience in residential or multi-family framing.
* Able to work independently.
* Good understanding of safety procedures.
* Reliable and punctual.

Helpers

* Construction experience is an asset.
* Hard-working and willing to learn.
* Physically fit.
* Reliable transportation is preferred.

Required tickets (depending on the position):

* CSTS 2020
* Fall Protection
* WHMIS (preferred)
* Aerial Lift / Zoom Boom certification is an asset

Pay
Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
