Live-in Resident Manager Position:

We are a local, family-owned property management company seeking a dedicated live-in Resident Manager couple or team.

Our modern, beautifully maintained building—completed in 2023—is centrally located in the HRM just off Larry Uteck Boulevard. Because we maintain a boutique portfolio rather than a massive corporate footprint, we remain actively involved in the day-to-day operations and work closely with our on-site team.

Compensation & Role Split
Compensation: Includes a 2-bedroom apartment as part of the compensation package.
- Partner 1 (Administration & Leasing): Focuses on tenant relations, clear communication, and administrative organization. Responsibilities include advertising vacancies, conducting viewings, screening potential tenants, and managing the rental process.
-Partner 2 (Maintenance & Custodial): Focuses on the physical property. Strong candidates will excel at routine custodial duties, building upkeep, and general maintenance tasks.
