Attention
1. The Chicken plucker is mainly suitable for chickens, but it is not suitable for birds.
2. The hot water temperature should be 65-75 ℃ when the poultry is scalded, this is very important for plucking.
3. Scalding the poultry for 2-3 minutes. Plucking the poultry for about 30 seconds.
4. The machine can pluck 3-4 chickens weighing 2-3LB, but we always recommend plucking one chicken at a time, so you will not excessively bruise your meat.

Plucking Drum
The plucking drum is made of stainless steel materials and is 23’’ in diameter and 14’’ in height. Rubber Plucking Fingers
The rubber fingers are fixed to the inner wall and the bottom of the stainless steel drum, the friction between the rubber fingers and the chickens is formed after the machine is started, and therefore the feathers can be quickly removed. We also offer 10 spare rubber fingers to customers and can replace the worn fingers.
Occlusion Connection
The poultry plucking machine adopts the new mechanical occlusion technology instead of rivets, the leakage phenomenon can be well avoided, the service life of the machine is effectively ensured, and the machine can be better used.
Large Feather Outlet
