Ace Marketing is looking for a reliable and motivated Payment Manager to join our growing remote team. This is a commission-based position with a consistent flow of business, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, self-driven, and eager to grow.

What You'll Do

Track and manage incoming client payments

Follow up on outstanding balances professionally

Maintain accurate payment records and reports

Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth payment processing

Keep payment information organized and up to date

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and organizational skills

Honest, dependable, and detail-oriented

Comfortable using a computer and basic spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)

Previous experience in bookkeeping, collections, administration, or payment processing is an asset—but not required

Ability to work independently from home
