Project Labourers (2 Positions)
Mica Dam Project – Near Revelstoke, BC
Temporary Full-Time Contract (7 Days)
Pay: $20-$30 per hour (based on experience and transportation requirements)
Xenali Inc. is looking for two reliable and hardworking Project Labourers from the Revelstoke area to assist our installation team during a furniture installation project at Mica Dam.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, working as part of a professional team, and contributing to a high-profile project.
Project Dates
• Wednesday, September 9, 2026
• Thursday, September 10, 2026
• Friday, September 11, 2026
• Monday, September 14, 2026
• Tuesday, September 15, 2026
• Wednesday, September 16, 2026
• Thursday, September 17, 2026
7 days total
Approximately 10 hours per day (including travel time).
What You'll Be Doing
Working alongside Xenali's Project Manager and installation team, responsibilities will include:
• Unloading furniture deliveries
• Moving furniture throughout the building
• Positioning furniture in designated locations
• Unwrapping and removing packaging materials
• Assisting the installation crew as required
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
Please Note: Most furniture will arrive fully assembled. Assembly work will be completed by Xenali's installation team.
What We're Looking For
• Reliable and punctual
• Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving furniture safely
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Steel-toe safety boots required
• Previous moving, warehouse, furniture installation, or general labour experience is considered an asset but is not required
• Hourly rate based on experience and transportation requirements
Project Team
You'll be working alongside:
• 1 Xenali Project Manager
• 3 Professional Xenali Installers
• 2 Local Labourers
Compensation
• Competitive hourly wage (based on experience)
• Approximately 70 hours of work over the project
• Opportunity to be considered for future Xenali installation projects across Western Canada
