STP Excavation is growing and looking for a motivated Civil Project Manager / Project Coordinator to join our team!
Since 2000, STP Excavation has been delivering subdivision development, heavy civil construction, and municipal infrastructure projects throughout the Ottawa region. From watermain and sewer installation to road construction and site servicing, we take pride in delivering quality projects safely, on time, and on budget.
What We Offer
$80,000 – $140,000 per year (based on experience)

What You'll Do
✔ Coordinate and manage civil construction projects from start to finish
✔ Assist with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking
✔ Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents
✔ Coordinate crews, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and municipalities
✔ Prepare RFIs, change orders, progress reports, and project documentation
✔ Monitor project performance, costs, quality, and schedules
✔ Attend project meetings and site visits as required
What We're Looking For
✔ Experience in civil construction project management or project coordination
✔ Knowledge of subdivision servicing, watermain, sewer, and road construction
✔ Strong organizational and communication skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
✔ Civil Engineering Technology, Construction Engineering Technology, Engineering degree, or equivalent experience is an asset
✔ Valid driver's licence
Projects located mostly in the East Ottawa Region
