I'm looking for someone to help repair and service fitness equipment.

The job requires traveling to customer locations, either with me or in your own vehicle. You must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and enjoy hands-on mechanical and technical work.

Requirements:

Reliable transportation (or be able to travel with me)
Able to lift up to 25 lbs
Good work ethic and willingness to learn
Flexible availability

I will provide training and work alongside you in the beginning. Once you've learned the job and can work independently, your pay will increase based on your skills and performance.

Compensation:

If you work with me, you'll be paid hourly.
If you work independently, you'll be paid for travel time plus labour.
Payment is made in cash.

Flexible working hours are available, but service calls must be completed within the scheduled time frame.
