Position Summary:
As a dual-role Kitchen Helper & Cashier, you are the heart of our operations. You will rotate between greeting guests, taking accurate orders at the front, and assisting the kitchen team with prep, assembly, and maintaining high hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
Front of House (Cashier):
Welcome guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
Take orders accurately at the POS terminal and handle cash/card transactions.
Answer questions about our menu, specials, and dietary/allergen options.
Keep the dining area, counter, and condiment stations clean and fully stocked.
Back of House (Kitchen Helper):
Assist with food preparation (washing, chopping, portioning ingredients per franchise standards).
Assemble and package food orders quickly and accurately.
Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing stations, and taking out trash.
Restock kitchen supplies, walk-in coolers, and line prep areas.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 1 years of restaurant or food service experience preferred. (Prior franchise or fast-casual experience is a strong plus!)
Basic math and computer skills for POS operation.
Strong communication skills in Urdu Hindi Punjabi and English is a big plus, positive team-first attitude.

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20–30 lbs.
Must be punctual, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
