We are currently seeking hardworking and physically fit individuals for the positions of For our HDD – Horizontal Directional Drilling Rigs.
- Drillers
- Tank Hands
- HIAB Operators - Must have a valid - Picker Ticket
- Roughnecks

As a Driller, Tank Hand, HIAB Operator and Roughneck you will be responsible for performing a variety of jobs including running and working with the crew at work sites as well as maintenance to all pieces of equipment.

This is a physically demanding job that requires the ability to lift heavy objects and be exposed to seasonal weather conditions.

Prior experience in the oil and gas industry, working with HDD Rigs as well as excavator operating experience would be a valued asset.

Successful candidates must be able to pass an alcohol and drug test and be able to physically conduct the job duties.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Assist the Rig Manager and crew with setting up and operating the drilling rig.
• Assist the driller with setting up and operating the drilling rig.
• Handle and move drill pipe, casing, tubing, and other equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance on the rig and HIAB picker equipment.
• Help clean and maintain the work area.
• Assist in rigging up and down the drill site
• Assist with routine maintenance on the rig and equipment.
• Mix Mud and take weights as per hole conditions change.
• Help maintain a clean work area.
• Assist in rigging up and down the drill site.
• Keep a lookout for potential hazards.
• Assist with whatever is required to help the operation run smoothly.
• Conducting job duties with a safety-focused mindset.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Be team-oriented, reliable, and motivated.

Skills and Qualifications
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to pass a pre-employment alcohol and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
• Previous experience with drilling duties and working with HDD rigs in the oil and gas industry is an asset.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience with hand and power tools.
• Experience using Site Docs – safety management system, for conducting FLHAs, Rig Inspections, Etc. is an asset.
