McInnis Group/Chesapeake Suites is seeking a reliable, friendly, and responsible Live-In Superintendent to manage a well-maintained 55 residential apartment building. This position offers free living accommodations as means of compensations.

Responsibilities include:
-Responding to tenant inquiries and concerns.
-Maintaining the cleanliness of common areas.
-Performing light maintenance and coordinating repairs.
-Monitoring the security and overall condition of the building.
-Assisting with apartment turnovers and inspections.
-Helping create a safe, welcoming environment for residents.
