*Pioneer Construction Inc.* is looking for an experienced *Construction Lead Hand / Skilled Handyman* to join our growing team in the Montreal area.

### What You'll Do

* Perform residential construction, renovation, and restoration work.
* Complete carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, trim, demolition, and finishing tasks.
* Lead and supervise a small crew on job sites.
* Coordinate daily work to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.
* Communicate professionally with clients and team members.

### What We're Looking For

* Minimum *5 years of hands-on construction experience*.
* Strong knowledge of residential construction and renovations.
* Proven ability to lead a team and solve problems on site.
* Reliable, organized, and committed to quality workmanship.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
* English or French required (both is an asset).

### Compensation & Benefits

* *$30–$45/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.*
