Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated House Cleaner to join our team, providing exceptional residential cleaning services to our valued clients. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where organizational skills and professionalism are highly valued. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French is a plus. Experience in cleaning, laundry, and hospitality will be advantageous. Strong communication skills and excellent time management are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities
-Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
-Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
Prepare and organize cleaning supplies and equipment for each job
-Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments
-Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and preferences
-Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions
-Follow safety protocols and ensure the proper use of cleaning products and equipment
-Organize and prioritize daily work schedules to maximize productivity

Experience
-Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
-Familiarity with cleaning techniques, laundry processes, and household organization is advantageous
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
-Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus
-Ability to demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
-Experience in customer service or hospitality roles will be beneficial for ensuring client satisfaction
