Responsibilities

* Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
* Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
* Serve food and beverages efficiently.
* Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, counters, and workstations.
* Refill supplies and assist with food preparation as required.
* Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
* Assist with opening and closing duties.
* Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns courteously.
* Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Punctual, reliable, and hardworking.
* Ability to stand for extended periods.
* Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred.
* Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
