Here at Warren Ridge we operate 55-acres of vineyard for the purpose of making ultra-premium wine. We are looking for a candidate to work as a vineyard pruner/labourer on the farm. This is a full-time position and candidates must be able to work up to 60 hours per week. Must be able to work weekends, mornings, evenings and have a flexible schedule.

Work will be on-site at 2059 Niagara Stone Rd, Niagara-on-the-lake. Responsibilities for the job include but are not limited to:
Apply fertilizers
Apply the technique of hoeing between the row
Clean the crops
Cultivate on vertical farming system
Guide growing shoots into optimal development positions
Maintain and manage growth of vines, vine canopy and grapes
Mixing fertilizer
Pick row and orchard crops
Remove manually all suckers and water sprouts
Tie and secure plants
Weeding
Fertilize and spray crops
Harvest crops
Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
Detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock and poultry

Work is outdoors so conditions may vary. Candidates must be able to work in the following conditions:
