A spacious private bedroom is available in our family-occupied apartment on the 6th floor of a condominium building in Etobicoke.
This accommodation is intended for a mature, quiet and responsible college or university student who is comfortable living respectfully in a family-home environment.
The apartment is approximately 15 minutes or less by TTC to Kipling Station, making it convenient for students commuting to school, work or downtown Toronto.

Compact mini-fridge, if desired
Kitchen and appliance policy
Kitchen access is not included.
The student may purchase and use a compact mini-fridge in the bedroom at their own expense. A kettle may be allowed with prior approval.
For safety reasons, the following are not permitted in the room:

Air fryer
Toaster oven
Rice cooker
Other cooking appliances

Option 1 — No meals: $1,060/month

Includes everything in Option 1, plus:
Three home-cooked family meals per week
Meals are selected and prepared according to the family’s regular household menu. Customized menus, individual meal requests and special meal preparation are not offered. Food allergies or dietary restrictions must be discussed before an agreement is signed.
Parking and laundry
Public outdoor paid parking may be available separately. Parking is not included in the rent, and the student must confirm the current rate and availability with the parking provider or building management.
The building laundry room is available on a pay-per-use basis.
Household, apartment and building rules
This is a quiet family home. The successful applicant must follow all apartment, building, resident and household rules.
Single occupancy only
Strictly no smoking or vaping
No cigarettes, cannabis, marijuana or recreational drugs
No parties or gatherings
No loud music or disruptive noise
No overnight guests
Friends may not stay or sleep over
Visitors require prior permission
Household curfew is 11:30 p.m.
Respectful and considerate behaviour is required
The student must keep the bedroom and shared bathroom clean
Rental term and move-in
