About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Automotive Dismantler to join our salvage and recycling team. In this role, you will safely and efficiently disassemble salvage vehicles, evaluate components, and carefully remove reusable parts without causing damage.

Key Responsibilities:
• Vehicle Dismantling: Safely and efficiently disassemble mechanical components using appropriate hand and power tools.
• Parts Evaluation & Sorting: Inspect parts for damage or wear, document their condition, and prepare components for resale, reuse, or recycling according to company standards.
• Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to safety protocols to maintain a safe, hazard-free workplace for yourself and your team.
• Shop Maintenance: Keep your workspace clean, organized, and stocked with necessary tools to maximize efficiency and safety.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with team members on group tasks to meet daily production and inventory goals.

Requirements & Qualifications:
• Mechanical Knowledge: Basic automotive knowledge is required. Strong familiarity with automotive systems and components is highly preferred.
• Experience: Background in automotive dismantling, salvage yards, auto repair, or related mechanical fields is preferred.
• Tools & Equipment: Experience operating hand tools (wrenches, pliers, ratchets) and power tools (grinders, cut-off saws, impact guns, drills). Must own basic hand tools.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately assess part condition and avoid damaging salvageable inventory during removal.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects, bend, stand for extended periods, and work comfortably outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Work Ethic: Highly dependable, punctual, safety-conscious, and self-motivated.
• Transportation: Must have reliable personal transportation.

Hours of work would be Monday to Friday: 8:00AM to 4:30PM.
