Wendy's is looking for an experienced, reliable, and motivated Night Shift Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the evening shift, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and supporting daily restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and motivate team members during night shifts
Ensure outstanding customer service
Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and company standards
Assist with opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and shift operations
Train and coach team members while creating a positive work environment

Qualifications:

Previous restaurant supervisory or management experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexible availability for night shifts, including weekends and holidays
