* Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
* Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Position Overview

We are currently seeking dependable, customer-focused individuals to join our Convenience Store & Vape Shop team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, processing sales transactions, maintaining store standards, and supporting daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
* Process cash, debit, and credit transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
* Restock merchandise and monitor inventory levels to ensure products remain available.
* Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
* Assist with general store operations as required.

Qualifications

* Previous retail or customer service experience is considered an asset but is not required.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
* Flexible availability for both day and night shifts.
