LEGAL SERVICES: I practice on the areas of immigration law, family law, criminal law, and property law. I emphasize on both quality and availability of legal work. NOTARY PUBLIC SERVICES: 1. Certifying and attesting a true copy of a document such as notarizing copies of documents ,photos etc. 2. Witnessing or certifying, and attesting, the execution of a document. For example, witnessing the signatures of a document. 3. Exercising the powers of a commissioner for taking affidavits in Ontario. Examples are commissioning of oaths and solemn declaration forms and affidavits. 4. Typical examples are affidavits of lost documents/passports/identification/cheque; affidavits of divorce, execution of a will, or family law; statutory declarations of marital status, changed name, or in lieu of guarantor; invitation letters; consent letters to travel; custodianship declarations; common-law union statutory declarations.
PRICES: Price is calculated by the number of embossed seals and signatures. $15 each seal & signature for the first one of such seals & signatures. $10 from 2th to 10th. Prices are discounted further if more than 10 services are needed. A multi-page document may need only one seal and signature on the first page with other pages stamped.
PAYMENT: Cash, bank draft and money order.

INSTRUCTIONS: Ensure that you 1. bring one Government-issued photo identification such as passports, citizenship cards, permanent cards, driver's licenses, or OHIP etc. Or, have two Government-issued non -photo identification such as SIN cards, birth certificates, or immigration papers etc. 2. for notarizing or certifying true copies, bring original documents and clear copies; for witnessing signatures of documents, complete your documents EXCEPT signatures and dates. And the person signing the documents must appear before notary public. The name of the identification must also be the same as the name of the documents. 3. if necessary, bring the witness available.
