15 Full Time General Farm Labor Positions Starting December 1, 2026. Hours 40-68 hours per week. Applicants must be willing to work flexible hours depending on crop needs. Wage Rate: Ontario minimum wage rate currently at $17.60 per hour. Work Schedule consists of Early Morning, Day, Weekend and Holidays. Job Duties include planting, harvesting, packaging and crop work maintaining greenhouse tomatoes and cucumbers. Working in hot, humid greenhouse conditions, repetitive tasks, standing for extedned periods, bending, lifting, physically demanding work.
