JOB DETAILS:
Position: Farm Worker – Vegetables
Wage: $20.19 per hour (40 to 70 hours per week during peak season)
Employment Type: Seasonal / Full Time (8 months)
Start Date: As early as January 4, 2027
Vacancies: 2 positions available

REQUIREMENTS:
Languages: English
Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
Experience: Not required
Work Authorization: You must be legally authorized to work in Canada (Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or valid work permit holder)
Availability: On-site work only

YOUR TASKS (WHAT YOU'LL DO):
Hand harvest vegetables and fruits
Grade and sort produce by size, shape, color, and quality for market
Pack fruits and vegetables
Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
Hoe between rows and control weeds
Clean crops and work areas
Load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and farm produce
Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
Inspect product quality and readiness for market
Seed cutting and cutting agricultural seed to farm standards

WORK CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Fast-paced environment
Repetitive tasks and work under pressure
Handling heavy loads
Physically demanding – standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, walking
Outdoor work (exposed to heat, wet/damp conditions)
Hand-eye coordination and attention to detail required
