We are looking for a reliable and organized Dispatcher & Accounting Assistant to join our trucking company.

Responsibilities:
Dispatch loads and communicate with drivers.
Monitor Driver hours of Service(HOS) and Trip sheets.
Track trucks and trailers
Coordinate pickups and deliveries.
Prepare and send invoices.
Record payments and maintain financial records.
Assist with payroll and driver settlements
Organize company documents and provide general administrative support.

Requirements:
Experience in trucking dispatch and or accounting is an asset.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Basic computer skills(Microsoft Office and email)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
