For single occupancy or couple with no children. It is partly furnished as it has a Murphy bed/ large wardrobe hybrid.

All utilities are included.

1 parking spot available and is included in price but pets depending on size may require a pet fee. ( usually only if large dog) cats are okay.

Rental application along with a processing fee of $30 will be required to view the place as I am NOT taking a single second out of my day for unserious inquiries period.

*murphy bed will not come with a mattress for hygiene purposes each tenant is required to bring their own mattress. You do not have to use the Murphy bed at all and it can just be pulled back up and take up no floor space, you can bring your own bed if you’d like.
