Store Attendant – Convenience Store

Location: Toronto Downtown

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Store Attendant to join our convenience store team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, maintain store cleanliness, and assist with daily store operations.

Responsibilities:

* Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner
* Operate cash register and process transactions accurately
* Stock shelves and replenish merchandise
* Maintain store cleanliness and organization
* Monitor inventory levels and report shortages
* Verify age for restricted product purchases when required
* Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries
* Follow store policies and safety procedures

Requirements:

* Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings
* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs)
*Ability to handle difficult customer situations calmly and professionally
* Maintain awareness of store security procedures and assist in theft prevention
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
