Construction Labourer / Future Site Supervisor

Hanlon Homes is a growing residential construction company specializing in custom homes, additions, and high-quality renovations. We’re expanding quickly and are looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

We’re looking for a motivated construction labourer with experience using a wide variety of tools and a strong work ethic. Whether you specialize in one trade or have experience across several, we’re looking for someone who’s eager to continue learning and developing new skills.

This isn’t just another labourer position. We have several larger projects starting soon, and for the right person there is a clear opportunity to advance into a Site Supervisor role, managing projects and leading crews.

What We’re Looking For

* Construction experience (residential experience is an asset)
* Comfortable using a wide variety of hand and power tools
* Willing to learn new trades and expand your skill set
* Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently or as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
* Positive attitude and willingness to take on responsibility
* Valid G driver’s licence and reliable vehicle required
* Personal tools are preferred but not mandatory
