I have available - a large double room shared $500 each bed or $800 as a private room. Main upstairs floor. Fully furnished.

July 22, 2026 there is another larger double bed bedroom available $500 shared or $800 private. This is a basement bedroom. Very private. Immediate occupancy possible.

August 1, I will also have 1 single private bedroom , queen bed which will be available. $675. It may be available at an earlier date. I’ll keep you updated. This is the most private room in the house.


I have off road parking for 2 vehicles - ideal for students studying at the Peterborough airport, who must use a vehicle. I don’t believe that there is bus service to the airport. I’m not sure.


Prefer female students.
Students or RECENT grads, or students on a work term between semesters. please.
All nationalities are welcome.
