Are you an older adult, caregiver or family member trying to find the right support in Prince Edward Island?
The Legacy Link is a Kensington-based, family-run organization helping Islanders understand their options and connect with trusted senior services, programs and community resources.
We can assist with:
• Finding appropriate senior and community resources
• Navigating services, benefits and referral pathways
• Advocacy and personalized support
• Healthy-aging planning
• Caregiver and family guidance
• Patient technology assistance
• Community connection and local programs
• Nursing foot care and wellness education through Ashley
Support may be available in person, by telephone or virtually, depending on your location and the assistance requested.
The Legacy Link also provides a free online directory of trusted PEI resources covering health and home care, housing, transportation, caregiving, financial supports, safety, legal planning, accessibility and social connection.
We are Evan and Ashley VanderVelde, a family living in Kensington and committed to building The Legacy Link right here in our community while supporting older adults and families throughout PEI.
