Canmore Condo Cleaning and Hosting Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team and maintain high standards of cleanliness and service across our properties.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support housekeeping staff during daily operations
Ensure condos and common areas meet cleanliness and quality standards
Assign tasks, manage schedules, and monitor productivity
Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching
Inspect completed work and address any issues promptly
Maintain inventory of supplies and report maintenance needs
Uphold health, safety, and company policies at all times

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of cleaning or housekeeping experience
Minimum 1 year of supervisory or team-lead experience
Valid driver’s license
Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
Valid working status in Canada until at least October 2026
Knowledge of Canmore and the local area
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Ability to work flexible hours as needed
