Position Overview
Dennis Dirtworx is seeking an experienced Tractor-Scraper Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating motor scrapers on earthmoving projects including site development, grading, and large-scale dirt work.

Key Responsibilities
• Safely operate motor scrapers to move, load, and spread material
• Perform rough and finish grading as required
• Work closely with other equipment operators and site supervisors
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Maintain productivity while ensuring quality work

Qualifications
• Previous experience operating motor scrapers in construction or earthmoving
• Strong understanding of grading and site preparation
• Ability to work well with a team in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s licence (Class 5) – Candidate to provide 5-year driver abstract
• Strong work ethic and reliability
