One of the reasons I was excited to make this cross is because I know both parents exceptionally well.

Lady is a 15.2 HH, big-boned, deep-bodied mare with a kind, dependable disposition. Like many larger-framed horses, she took her time maturing, but the wait was worth it. She developed into a strong, solid mare with the substance and mind I value.

Even more exciting, her previous foal turned into exactly the kind of horse people love to ride—catty, incredibly soft, naturally smooth, and willing. Those are qualities that are difficult to teach, and they're exactly what I hoped to see again in Rosco.

On the sire's side, I'm currently riding SH SCORZ A LEGEND (Fabio) myself, and from day one he's been an absolute pleasure to train. There has never been any funny business. He's honest, respectful, eager to learn, and incredibly soft to ride. He's the kind of horse you could comfortably spend all day in the saddle on, and those are exactly the traits I hope he's consistently passing on to his foals.

When I planned this breeding, I wasn't simply breeding for registration papers—I wanted to combine Lady's proven substance, work ethic, and producing ability with Fabio's trainability, athleticism, and willing mind.

Rosco is already showing the natural movement, balance, and athleticism that made me excited about this cross from the beginning, and I can't wait to watch him continue to develop.

Rosco will be available to go to his new home on or after September 15, 2026. This allows time for proper weaning, continued daily handling, halter training, and a smooth introduction to grain before heading to his new family.
