BemaKs Construction Group Inc. is looking to hire a full-time skilled framer. The main focus of the job will be to set plates. The hourly pay will be $45, experience and attitude dependent.

Candidates must have five years of experience in rough framing, and be able to demonstrate the following skills:
• Commitment to safety
• Ability to set grade with rotary laser level
• Understand how to chalk foundations and floors
• Ensure attention to detail and troubleshoot issues
• Read and understand blueprints
• Interpret measurements and execute calculations
• Demonstrate time management
• Proficient with hand and power tools
• Perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
• Be able to work with a team or individually

Responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
• Always comply with safety regulations
• Maintain an organized and clean work area
• Travel to different site locations within Ottawa and surrounding areas

Candidates are required to have the following valid safety tickets:
• Supervisor Health and Safety Awareness in 5 Steps
• Working at Heights
• WHMIS
• Other safety tickets will be considered an asset
