1. In-Person or Video Consultation Required:

I only accept positions after an initial face-to-face meet-and-greet (or a live video call) with the primary family member or care coordinator.

2. No Cheque Overpayments / Wire Transfers: I do not accept cashier's cheques, wire transfers, overpayment arrangements, or payments before meeting in person. All payment terms are agreed upon in writing after our initial meeting.

3. Verification Provided: Valid government ID, local references, clean police background checks, and certifications will be provided in person upon request.
