In regards to the room, you will be situated in the largest bedroom in the house upstairs with a bathroom right beside it. Laundry and dryer are in the basement.
The rent includes your hydro, water and heat and there is also parking available if you need it in the back of the house.
There are certain rules that have to be followed such as no pets, no smoking, no parties, maintaining a clean room, putting garbage and recycling out for pickup once a week.
