Position: Parent's Helper.
We are seeking a caring, patient, and energetic childcare worker to support the daily needs of children in a safe and nurturing environment. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, understands developmental needs, and can create a positive, engaging atmosphere that supports learning and growth.
Location: Calgary, Alberta.
Employment Type: Full‑Time - Term/Contract.
Hourly Wage: $15.00–$16.00 (negotiable).
Hours: 30 hours per week.
Schedule: Flexible — Day and Night shifts.
Start Date: As soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide attentive, compassionate care to children.
Support daily routines including meals, naps, hygiene, and playtime.
Plan and engage children in age‑appropriate activities.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment.
Monitor children’s behavior, well‑being, and developmental progress.
Communicate effectively with parents/guardians.
Follow all safety, health, and childcare policies.
Qualifications:
Experience in childcare, early childhood education, or nannying for at least two years.
Ability to work flexible hours (day and night).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient, reliable, and enthusiastic.
Ability to manage two children and maintain a calm environment.
CPR/First Aid certification is an advantage.
Clear background check is required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
