28 Rets, in great shape, very clean and well maintained with no leaks. Offers three slides outs which creates lots of extra space inside. Tires are in good shape. Sleeps six people, with a queen size bed with a plush mattress topper on top for extra added comfort , full length closet mirror doors in the bedroom. A recling loveseat for two and a pullout loveseat with a double air mattress with built in pump/deflate gir two. TV, Am/Fm radio with built in speaker system, dvd player, ps3 with games and board games for rainy days. Ac/furnace, gas/electric water heater, two way blinds on all the windows. Awning, lots of storage inside and underneath the trailer.
Bathroom offers a stand up shower sink and new toilet in 2022.

Comes fully furnished with pots, pans, cutlery, plates, bowls, kettle, toaster, basically everything you need in the kitchen. Bedding, blankets, sheets, pillows, pillow cases, dish towels, wash cloths, bath towels, face cloths - everything household is there. For the outside there is a long table, a hot plate, outdoor shelf for bbq and food, full size propane bbq with a full propane tank. Outdoor carpet, chairs, dinette tent, 2 person tent and so much more that I haven't listed.

EVERYTHING goes with the trailer. All you will need is your belongings and groceries. It is currently located in Wellston Mi at Heart of the forest rv park as a seasonal. You can choose to keep it within the park and I will put you in touch with the owner or you can take it out of the park.

Wellston Mi is located in the Manistee National forest. There so so much to do in the area such as boating , fishing, canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, hunting, snowmobiling, hiking and trails, swimming in the beaches and lakes with Manistee Mi and Cadillac Mi near by for those that enjoy shopping outside of the local markets and stores.

Should you choose to take it out of the park you will have to move it as I do not have the truck any longer to move a fifth wheel trailer.
