Xpress Maintenance Services is looking for a shop admin and parts guy for Heavy duty truck & Trailer shop.

JOB DUTIES:

Delivery and pick-up of parts and accessories
Assist in keeping the department organized and functioning efficiently.
Manage Accounts payable and accounts recievable.
Responsible for recommending improvements to the overall operations of their respective department/cell.
Agree and monitor performance of department, consumable spending, clocking performance and overtime.
Maintain the operating condition of all equipment and coordinate any repair/P.M. action with maintenance.
Ensure conformance with all Health and Safety regulations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Class 5 License
Clear Abstract
Quickbooks experience is an asset
Parts experience would be an asset
High attention to detail
Reliable transportation to work is required
