I'm a full-time artist relocating to Kitchener and looking for rental housing starting August 1, 2026 (could move in as early as July 30).

What I'm looking for:
- Location: Downtown Kitchener, ideally near Victoria Park (open to the wider KW region)
- Budget: $1,500-$1,600/month, utilities included preferred
- Layout: open to a studio/bachelor, a 1-bedroom, or a private room/bathroom in a mature shared home

About me:
- Full-time artist working in ceramics, sculpture, video, and installation, working toward launching a public workshop and gallery in Kitchener
- Quiet, tidy, personable, and responsible; I don't drink or smoke
- I have a wonderful, well-behaved senior ginger cat as a companion
- Open to offering a weekly kids' art club in exchange for a small rent reduction, if that suits the household
- References, proof of income, and credit check ready on request
