MKAL Consulting runs daily B2B delivery routes across the Greater Toronto Area for established food and beverage distribution clients. We've been operating continuously for 8 months and our route volume is growing — we're looking for reliable owner operators to take on route days.
The work:
We run two types of routes, and we'll match you to the one that fits your van and your style:

City routes — early morning pickup north of Toronto, compact delivery runs within Toronto. Fewer kilometres, tighter stops.
Regional routes — morning pickup in the northeast GTA, optimized multi-stop runs of dry goods and beverages (light, manageable boxes). Coverage rotates across the GTA through the week — Newmarket to Oshawa to Burlington — so you're not grinding the same corridor every day.

Either way: routes are pre-planned and optimized, finished in under 8 hours, weekdays only. You drive, deliver, and capture a proof-of-delivery photo at each stop.
Pay — flat, transparent, known upfront:

$200–$300 flat per route, based on route type and stop count
You know your exact rate before you accept the route — no algorithm, no surge games, no per-parcel math
Recurring weekday work, not one-off gigs

What you bring:

Your own cargo van in good working condition
Valid Ontario G licence with a clean abstract
Commercial/cargo insurance on your vehicle
Smartphone for route navigation and POD photos
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle product with care — our clients are premium retailers, and presentation matters
