Jeff Whiteside Farms INC is seeking Seasonal Farm Labourers/Operators to join our team in Norwich, Ontario.

Wage: $17.60 per hour

Employment Type: Seasonal, full-time

Job Duties:
Planting, irrigating, harvesting crops
Grading
Operating farm equipment and machinery
Performing routine machine maintenance
General farm labour and other related duties as required

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of previous farm experience required
Minimum 3 years of farm equipment operation experience required
Must be able to lift 50 lbs (23 kg) or more
Willing and able to work long hours during peak seasons
Able to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently and as part of a team
Must have a driver's license, DZ license an asset
Positions start January 2027
