Server / Bottle Service Host

Position Summary

We are seeking energetic, professional, and customer-focused Servers/Bottle Service to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest experiences, deliver outstanding service, and contribute to a high-energy nightlife environment.

Responsibilities
• Greet guests promptly and professionally.
• Present menus, beverage lists, and bottle service packages.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Upsell premium spirits, champagne, cocktails, and bottle service packages.
• Deliver beverages and food efficiently while maintaining service standards.
• Prepare and present bottle service with proper garnishes and presentation.
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest tabs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests.
• Work closely with bartenders, hosts, security, and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow all liquor laws, company policies, and responsible alcohol service practices.

Qualifications
• Previous serving, hospitality, nightclub, or bottle service experience preferred.
• Smart Serve Certification required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to handle cash and electronic payments accurately.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to lift and carry trays, bottles, and service items.

Compensation
