Rhodes Resto Bar is looking for a highly motivated Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team in Kingston, Ontario.

Job Responsibilities:
Assist in managing daily restaurant operations
Plan and organize staff schedules and workflow
Recruit, train, supervise, and support restaurant staff
Monitor employee performance and provide guidance
Manage inventory and control costs
Analyze budgets and support profit improvement strategies
Monitor sales, labour costs, and daily revenues
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food service regulations
Handle customer concerns and provide excellent service
Assist with marketing initiatives and promotions
Coordinate catering requests and facility bookings
Prepare cash reports, balance sheets, and related financial records

Requirements:
English language proficiency
Diploma / certificate in business or equivalent experience OR equivalent experience
1–2 years of relevant restaurant management experience
