We are seeking energetic and reliable farm workers for the harvest season. This role involves hands-on work in the fields, focusing primarily on the harvesting of crops. The ideal candidates will be able to work efficiently and safely in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities:**
- Operate basic farm equipment (training provided)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area

**Requirements:**
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Previous farm or harvest experience is a plus but not required
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends
