The house is located in Arbour Lake NW with convenient bus commute to Crowfoot train station. The train stops at the University, SAIT and continues downtown for your convenience. There are two buses to take to the C-Train. The stop # is 6838 across the street. Both the 138 and 299 stop at this stop every half hour on the hour apart from each other. The walk to the bus is about 30-40 SECONDS. Yes, it is that close which
is very convenient in the cold winter months.
Your room is fully furnished with a queen bed, shelve unit, work table and a walk-in closet. You supply your own bedding.
You will have your own bathroom upstairs next to your room
You will have your own fridge in the kitchen on the main floor.
The washer and dryer is on the main floor for your use.
If you drive parking is on the cul de sac or street only.
Crowfoot area is very convenient for shopping, movies, restaurants, library, gym etc. Lots of walking and bike paths in Arbour Lake for your convenience plus you have access to the lake.
Easy going landlord. Must sign a month to month lease.
