We are looking to expand the team for summer & fall work.

We are a custom, high-end roofing company that installs cedar shakes & shingles. We do not install asphalt shingles or flat roofs.

Labourers strip the roof, clean & prep., clean up the garbage to the disposal bin, keep the job site clean & safe, bring materials to the installers. Will do some installation as needed.

Installers primarily prep. roof slopes with underlayments & then install the cedar roof materials, some labouring involved.

The roofs are steep, usually 8:12 & steeper.
This is team-work. Not Piecework.

Plank & jack roofing; sometimes setting up & tearing down scaffolding.
Pay is based on experience.

Requirements:
Experience with steep-slope roofing
Reliable transportation
Safety boots
Working at Heights certificate
Able to carry 80-100 lb bundles & rolls up a ladder
Tool belt & personal tools
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, passion for excellence

This is not production work.
