G4U Security Ltd. is a licensed Alberta security company providing professional security services throughout the province. We are currently seeking licensed Security Guards to join our team in Medicine Hat, Alberta for immediate deployment.

Responsibilities:
Patrol assigned properties and monitor for safety and security concerns.
Control access to buildings and restricted areas.
Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents promptly.
Complete detailed daily activity logs and incident reports.
Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional presence.
Enforce site policies and procedures.
Report hazards, suspicious activities, and maintenance concerns.
Assist emergency responders when required.

Minimum Qualifications:
Valid Alberta Security Services Licence (Required)
Minimum 1 year of security experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Strong observation, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts
Able to pass a Criminal Record Check

Preferred Qualifications:
Class 5 Driver's Licence with reliable transportation (preferred)
Clean Driver's Abstract
Standard First Aid & CPR Certification
WHMIS Certification
Fire Watch or Construction Site Security experience
Ability to speak additional languages is considered an asset
